We are a township based auction house strictly selling movable assets collected from government, private sellers and estate administrators. As proud SAIA members, ours is to introduce the role that auctions play in our everyday lives. Townships of South Africa do not have auction houses. The auction trade, therefore is generally associated to white ownership and control. In order to change this narrative, the South African Institute of Auctioneers (SAIA) has supported the initiative of introducing auctions in townships through organizations like Lokshin Auctions in order to invite more players from the previously disadvantaged community to participate in the trade
