To who it may concern
If we look at all the industries in South Africa irrespective of the activities or industrial sector the need to compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993 as amended by the Occupation Health and Safety Amendment Act 181 of 1993) is a legal requirement.
Section 8 (1)
"Every employer shall provide and maintain, as far as is reasonably practical, a working environment that is safe and without fish to the health of his employees."
Section 9 (1)
"Every employer shall conduct his undertaking in such a manner as to ensure, as far as is reasonable practicable, that persons other than those in his employment who may be directly affected by his activities are not thereby exposed to hazards to their health or safety."
We as RPS would like to mitigate that risk of noncompliance on your behalf through a cost effective and comprehensive safety audit or through a safety system.
