Supra Trusses supplied trusses for an extension at home and our experience with this team was horrible. Firstly the trusses were delivered in the rain and stood in pouring rain for 3 days.
Their appointed roofing contractor did a poor job and first installation issues we identified where the "chases" (truss pockets) were not aligned. This followed by the exposed beam trusses (as per design) resting on a wooden wall plate, leaving no gap for the face-bricks. The GM laughed at this blatant flaw and said we shouldn't tell him how to build roofs and hundreds of exposed beam houses have this exposed wooden wall plate visible in the wall. We have seen many such installations in our lifetime and never before have we seen this to be true (same was confirmed by roof inspector).
Next issues were sub-standard roof tiles, carpenter not registered, damage to CCTV camera cables, no diagonal bracing used, etc. with the owner's lack of action and wilful blindness to the negligent work.
