On the 25th of May, the 7th African Dairy Conference in Tanzania opened its doors to regional, national and international organisations that directly or indirectly operate in the dairy industry.
The Eastern and Southern African Dairy Association (ESADA) are proud lobbyists of new and innovative dairy related products and equipment around the globe and play host to the annual Conference and Exhibition. They believe that African Dairy is the Next Frontier and that we are the pioneers.
This year ESADA focused on organistaions that would share their knowledge of product developments, technical support and experience within the industry, with new comers and locals alike.
Prime Pharma’s own food specialist, Leon van der Westhuizen went to “investigate “the abundance of opportunities the African dairy sector has to deliver and in doing so also had the occasion as a speaker to educate his audience on the developments in yoghurt applications, with the focus on culture and stabiliser conditions.
Prime Pharma’s allegiance with Regal Fruits made for a very informative and interesting stall to visit. A display of rapid tests including Twinsensor, Trisensor and juice concentrates and cultures lined the 3x3 meter booth and the neighbouring table, Graytec made for some exciting comradeship.
Therefore even though the air was hot and the men were soaking in the blistering sun all was not lost as the exhibitors came together after a hard day’s work for some refreshing drinks by the pool. It seems business and pleasure was the order of the day and ESADA made it all possible.
We look forward to seeing you at the next African Dairy Conference and Exhibition and would like to motivate you to, if possible, expand your dairy business to a more prosperous investment, The African Dairy Industry.
