In my experience, Majacon’s business model appears to prioritise maximising deductions from tenants rather than providing fair property management. The deposit requirements are excessive, and it raises serious concerns about whether the same maintenance issues are repeatedly charged to multiple tenants instead of being properly resolved.
The move-out process was particularly disappointing. Our biometric access was removed without prior communication or explanation while we were still in the process of vacating, despite having paid our rent. It created unnecessary stress and felt more like an intimidation tactic than a professional property management process.
Communication throughout was poor, with very little transparency or respect shown to tenants. Instead of working collaboratively to resolve issues, interactions often felt hostile and confrontational.
Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews before renting. The property was overpriced for its condition, with ongoing mould issues and a standard that did not justify the rental cost. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend renting through Majacon.
