Hair products: Professional versus Commercial
Professional is always better!!
Yes they are expensive, but a shampoo and conditioner can last up to 3months, because they are highly concentrated.
Why professional? Well they have the same PH of a persons hair which is neutral, whereas your commercial products have a PH which is alkaline causing the hair cuticle to expand making it dry and giving the hair no shine!
This is why colour does not last on the hair, because the cuticle of the hair is open causing the colour to rinse out.
When using a professional product it closes the cuticle locking in the colour and giving the hair an amazing shine!
