Melmoth is a highly productive Agricultural area, consisting of various farming activities such as Forestry, Sugarcane, Cattle/Game, Citrus, Avocado's and Essential Oils. Furthermore it is also well positioned for the visits to the Zulu Cultural Heritage, Battlefields and Game Reserves. It is also well positioned for the business market in Zululand and Northern Natal area. For a weekend getaway or just a night away on business, Mtonjaneni Lodge has it all. The view from the verandah overlooking the vast valleys is breathtaking and leaves you with a feeling of belonging.

We are able to offer you, 21 simple, tastefully decorated bedrooms. Our rooms are alternatively furnished with either a Double Bed, two Three-quarter Beds or one Three-quarter Bed per room. A few of our rooms are large enough to be fitted with an extra Three-quarter Bed upon request. All our rooms have private en-suite bathrooms and we enjoy spoiling our guests with luxurious amenities as well as providing each room with its own tea and coffee facilities. Our rooms are fitted with air-conditioning which double up as heaters for those cold winter nights. Each room also has its own Television with DSTV Commercial. Our single rooms are all fitted with writing desks for those of our guests who would like to tie up loose ends before heading off to bed.
