It often happens that architects are appointed on projects outside their city, province or country. We will gladly enter into Joint Ventures in Central South Africa, or act as your local agent, by seeing municipal approvals through, do site inspections, progress reports, site surveys, building surveys, as-built drawings, contour plans, assist with Certificates of Compliance and Certificate of Occupancy.
We will also do all consultations on your behalf with local municipal officials regarding zoning, restrictive conditions, building line relaxations, service servitudes, parking requirements, vehicle access and maneuvering. We also do pre-approvals at Telkom, Fire Department, Centlec, Health Department and Solid Waste removal to "fast track" the application for approval.
