J Smith Draughting Services - Company Profile. After been retrenched in May 2005, I joined a venture in cabinet making. A difference in business ethics saw me heading back to my former career as contract draughtsman in Nov 2007; specializing in Mechanical Detail Draughting, kitchen design, staircase design, house plans and CNC programming. Other services include architectural, mechanical, structural, electrical and piping draughting. Recent projects incl: 200kW Pod for AMS Thrusters (Been Certified.); Propulsion and steering units for NSTL India (Not Certified.); 75kW Stern Retractable Pod for Christensen Shipyards (Not Certified.); Multi Load trailers for use in Africa carrying fuel one way and copper plates on the return run. Saw Mill automation - various machinery. Waste water treatment plant - various plant upgrades.
