It has been an eventful 19 years, where we have seen great changes and advances in technology and especially web based services!
We have survived the depression, the failing Rand, Zuma (Just) and of course ESKOM!!
We regretfully have said goodbye to our trusty student warrior who is now giving greater attention to his studies in IT. Best of luck!
Cyber Crime has also been on the increase with crypto threats and phishing being top of the list.
The concept was so unusual that clients were unable to comprehend or believe the threat when we notified them, much to their regret.
Recovering and rebuilding their systems cost them a fortune. Luckily we were able to do research on other ways to reduce the risk of these
threats affecting our clients.
Anti-virus and remote support has become a de facto method for us of supporting our clients in a very cost effective monthly method which has saved them expenses and allowed quicker and more effective support.
We have also seen the rise of unscrupulous IT companies, who charge clients exorbitant amounts for services, but who are unable
to supply the service, or supply inferior quality products and solutions.
Many of these IT companies are also not competent to supply services in the first place because of a lack of knowledge and expertise.
We have prided ourselves on the best possible services, and this has seen positive rewards over time, with us having clients who have been
with us for 19 years. Thank you for your support and allowing us to look after your IT needs.
