Zain Aberdeen Trading CC, Ottery

I am totally disgusted with the service or should I say lack of service received from Zain Aberdeen Trading. I ordered and paid for 19 Bales of Twinsaver Toilet Paper on 29 July 2013. I was told by R**** that delivery should take place that afternoon, or for the latest, Wednesady morning (30/7/13). By 11am Wednesday morning I called, and was told that the delivery is on its way and that someone would call me back. After an hour, I called again, and receiving much attitude from the person who answered, was told that they would call me back. I said that I wanted someone to tell me immediately about my delivery, and he promptly, put the phone down, without any warning. I immediately called back, and asked to speak to the owner, Z***, who after 5minutes came to the phone. The lame excuse of "there is something wrong with our phones" was given, with no apology at all.!!! I was then again told that I would be called back... By 3.45 no one had called, and had to get the owner of our company to go and collect the toilet paper that I needed for a delivery today. I cannot believe the lack of service, lack of respect, and lack common decency by all shown at Zain Aberdeen trading, and will definitely not purchase from this company again. I will NEVER recommend anyone to purchase from them!!!!! FROM A VERY DISGRUNTLED CONSUMER!!! (I would rate them a zero... they don't even deserve one star!!!)
