Description
XL Turbo Travel was established on March 1988 by Ms. Audrey Scher, and is still owner/managed, thus ensuring a very personal relationship with clients. Our Customer Service Statement is " we enjoy an easy - just a phone call away relationship with our clients".
In 2004 we became founder members of the XL Group, a brand name of over 50 independently owned travel agencies within South Africa. The XL Group has enormous buying power in the market place with travel suppliers, thus ensuring that, at all times, we are able to offer our clients the very best possible rates.
Company description
Our philosophy is to grow the business only on the basis that we can continue to provide an absolutely superb and value added service, and we do not foresee a growth wherein the personal touch (in which we pride ourselves) will be lost.
The benefits of dealing with XL Turbo Travel, is that you are dealing with people who care and who have a passion for travel and are dedicated to the craft and business. Our product knowledge is superb and we believe that we have the full expertise to be able to handle all your travel needs.
The Manager/owner (flat organization) status allows uncomplicated communication between the management and their staff, and on the other hand between the management and the clients.
XL Turbo Travel World-Wide Representation:
The XL Group is associated with the Radius Group, which is a similarly based Travel Group comprising of over 500 Travel Agencies world-wide. Through this association, we are able to secure excellent hotel and car rental rates in other countries, and we are able to provide "on the spot assistance" if this is required by our clients whilst they are travelling.
