Xesibe Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a socially-grounded advisory, content development and facilitation firm founded by development economist, columnist, speaker, radio personality and policy analyst Ayabonga Cawe in 2016. Our service offering consists of research and advisory work, and facilitation services. Research and Advisory: Increasingly, corporations, civil society organizations and government seek out specialized advice to arrive at informed, evidence based and impact driven decision making in areas of economic and organizational development. Xesibe Holdings’ provides economic and policy advice with a specific focus on social, labour, industrial and economic policy. In these areas we provide research, consulting and impact advisory services to corporates, the public sector and civil society organizations.
Facilitation: Xesibe Holdings provides speaking, facilitation, training and workshop services in the areas of economic policy, empowerment, innovation and enterprise development. Xesibe Holdings aims to provide well researched, considered and solutions driven facilitation services that give effect to the age old African tradition of ‘action’ informed by thorough going and inclusive dialogue.
Content Development: Xesibe Holdings provides visual communication services that assist corporations in building their corporate identity. These services range from branding design, art direction, digital marketing and integrated campaigns.

Photography & Visual Communication: Xesibe Holdings has two subsidiaries; Makwande Photography and Tulip Photography. Makwande Photography, uses imagery and photography to chronicle life, mark the passage of time and communicate impactful brand messages.
Makwande Photography also provides content development for B2B “SMME” for small, medium and micro-enterprises
