Description

Xeno-Urban Architects specialises in architectural problem solving. We design the built environment at every scale with a focus on unlocking a project’s full potential through a innovative, creative design approach. We do this through a flexible business model which includes private projects, joint ventures, partnerships and project initiation. We have experience in large and small scale residential, corporate, commercial and hospitality projects.

Company description

At its best, architecture can boost investment value for owners, improve profitability for developers and create safe, comfortable and beautiful spaces that improve quality of life for inhabitants. It can solve seemingly insurmountable problems in unexpected ways and forever change the way we interact with our man-made as well as our natural environment.

But great architecture is rare, really rare. This is because the conventional architecture firm business model is failing clients and architects alike. It doesn’t reward great work or penalise bad work. It doesn’t focus on the unique needs of every client, nor does it aim to maximise the potential of every project.

Xeno-Urban Architects was started to fix this problem. We use disruptive innovations to unlock the power of great architectural design. By integrating both conventional and new business practices, technologies, processes and construction techniques, we aim to demonstrate the massive positive impact which architecture can have on our built environment.

Foreign language description

Ongelukkig is goeie argitektuur regtig skaars.
