Does anyone have the owner of World Herb Clinics' details? When ordering in SA, you would expect the product to be sent from their clinic in Germiston, SA, however it is shipped at an astronomical cost from the USA. Their so-called head office in Germiston was apparently closed during lock down and was being renovated to re-open on 1 February 2022?? Haven't we past 1 February 2022 long ago already? Yet when ordering, Dr Ziza Fred clearly states that he is in the SA clinic. Dr Ziza Fred and Dr Michael Smith are not registered with or known to AHPCSA as they claim to be on their website. Payment demands are endless, when you ask questions you are insulted, sworn at, told that it is against their company policy to discuss the past and you are blocked from communicating via their business whatsapp and email, leaving you no means of tracing your product or funds. The telephone number listed for the clinic in SA belongs to a private individual who says she is inundated with calls due to her number appearing on their website. Which authorities do we report this clinic to in order to salvage our hard earned funds, which they have taken from us, in return for nothing but abuse and unprofessional and unethical behaviour?

Do not order from this clinic unless you want to be financially destroyed and never receive your product. Non stop payments are demanded, when you raise a concern about the cost you are belittled and sworn at and told to stop complaining because you are covered by insurance- which ensures a refund of a % of the amount you spend on the purchase process. The insurance does not come cheaply and the process to claim your refund is unaffordable, something the customer is not made aware of beforehand. Their website lists a premises in Germiston, SA, however the customer is informed as an after thought that the product is shipped from the USA - at an exorbitant cost of course. The customer is not informed beforehand of the numerous permits which are required to get the product through customs, once you obtain the last permits, the first permits have expired and the process starts again. It is demanded of the customer to pay bribes to obtain certain of the permits, as well as pay for a fake ID. You are not entitled to question any payments which you have made, you are instructed to leave it in the past as per their company policy. Should tour parcel be unable to pass through customs, you are only able to claim your insurance refund via the IMF instant payout process at a cost of $5000, which is refundable. The actual cost of the instant payout amounts to about 6 times the price the customer is lead to believe. The customer is not made aware of a restoration fee which is demanded every weekend, delay fees, payments bank processing codes which expire in a certain time period and have to be reapplied and paid for, IMF renewal fees every 2 weeks. If you value your sanity and money DO NO purchase from the clinic, especially if you live in SA, as you are billed in dollars. Over $60 000 later I do not have the product I ordered and do not have my insurance refund. The refund process has become totally unaffordable and I am told that I lose every cent I have paid towards it. Y question is what happens to the money the customer has paid towards this process?? All the comes freely from the staff at the clinic, including the head doctor, is constant insults, belittling the customer, swearing at the customer. I have made numerous requests for the owner of the clinic to contact me, I am still waiting. Should you complain that the process is too costly, you as told that you are "as poor as f@@k", you complain for small money, you have a brain problem, you are stupid, you can't read properly, the insults are endless. You are not entitled to an explanation of any process or cost involved, should you make this request you get told to "shut the f$$k up", you talk too much, you don't respect yourself and you get blocked from communicating with the clinic until they feel like your "brain problem" has "calmed down". I do not that that over $60 000 for a product for which I was quoted $500 is small money. The head doctor constantly convinces you that you are just about at the end of the process, and threatens to cancel your insurance should you complain or talk too much. I am left suicidal and financially destroyed by what should have been a simple $500 purchase for a medication which I hoped would relieve my suffering and give me better quality of life.
