Label on shelf states BUY ANY 2 stir-fry vegetables and save R10.00 Upon buying required 2 packs of stir-fry vegetables, no discount was processed until I questioned where the discount was. Duly had to go to the relevant shelf to prove my point! R10.00 was then duly deducted rather grudgingly WITHOUT any apology!!!!!! No mention was made of the Woolworths policy that states if it does not scan correctly , the product is free! Errors occur! Apologies for errors should be forthcoming!

Some months ago I complained to a Manager that the stand with batteries on at the end of the checkout queue had no prices on any of the batteries or on the stand. two weeks ago I complained again, to a different Manager, about the same thing. I have been to the store today, still no prices. My question is, is it legal to have items for sale on display without any prices visible. My second question is, why do two managers tell me the matter will be attended to, then do nothing.

The stock is poor.... never anything out of the usual.. For months I have been wanting to get tonic sugar free... never available. The vegetables are always the same...not like the other Wollies. I will be glad when i move out of Kempton to get a decent Woolies
