As I experience Woolworths Hermanus I can testify that the staff ( especially at the groceries tills) are probably the most friendly and helpful in town. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. I think that those large trollies are extremely customer unfriendly. If all the other shops in town can give one the option of a trolley or a basket on wheels there can be no logical reason why Woolworths cannot do the same. I can accept no excuse. My friends feel the same way.. there is a lack of will to accommodate the customers. Hermanus has many retired persons and it is sad to see them struggle......especially at the tills where the trolleys are too large for the aisle when unpacking.
