Willowmore Municipality

On the 30th March I had the privilege of visiting Willowmore for the first time. What a beautiful area! It is a very pretty quaint town. The Willowmore taxi (the donkey cart) is absolutely lovely. The people are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a business then all you have to do is ride up and down the main street and you are sure to find it. The only thing that I found was very bad are your streets. We visited a property in Kerk/Church Street and was shocked at the state of the streets. Surely the people are paying rates! Why have the streets not been tarred and paved? This really spoils the look of your town! I know that this is a farming community but what they do on the farms is one thing but the town where people pay rates needs to be upgraded. I can't believe that the people in Willowmore have not complained about the state of the streets. I can't imagine what the streets are like when it rains. From a very disappointed visitor!
