We arrived and the first thing we were asked was whether we had booked a table. She then offered us a table outside in the cold where no other patrons were sitting, as she was saying some patrons were settling their bill. We declined the 1st offer and asked if we could wait upfront because there was a table open, it turned out to be a smoking are and we opted to wait in the the 2nd waiting outside area but we couldn’t even get ourselves to sit because it was so cold..she asked we give her 5min and we waited 10min without anyone checking on us. I was very annoyed and told my family we should leave. We ended up a Mythos at Irene Village which was a very pleasant and welcoming experience with amazing. More than anything I’m grossly disappointed by the staff member that answered the phone and gave me misleading information because I realised today that their google search actually encourages you to ‘reserve a table’. We feel very marginalised by this establishment and have lost all interest in experiencing them.
