Awful, no one thinks out of the Box and we are still no closer to solving our issue after 3 weeks, numeroius phone calls and being left hanging on the telephone and given conflicing information. We are most disatisfied at the indifference shown to elderly customers in their 80,s We now attempting to go to a Branch of your Customer Service.
