Description
The concept of Chevron was started in the early 1970's by four independent Jewellers who foresaw the threat from chain groups. They thought this threat could be countered by a strong, well-organized and committed Independent Retail Jeweller who joined a buying association.
Company description
From humble beginnings, the Chevron Jewellers Group of South Africa has today grown to 32 members representing 55 stores country wide, including Namibia.
The group members get together twice a year for meetings and discuss various issues concerning the jewellery trade and also to exchange ideas concerning trends and security.
