I would just like to say that i am VERY DISAPPOINTED in M***** B*********!!! I went there last week Thursday morning 14 March, asking for a quote for my wedding. We discussed my flowers and all the details. I was told that they were too busy in the shop to work out a quote for me and that i will recieve a quote by that following Monday the latest (i was the only customer in the shop, and everyone was sitting around. No one looked busy).Monday came and gone, it is now more than a week later, i have no quote. Not one phone call or email (after i filled a info form in). I went to WALDORF FLOWERS and recieved a quote immediatley!!! I will never recommend M***** B********* to anyone. I would like to thank the owner of Waldorf flowers and their staff. Even though the shop was busy, the staff went out of their way to help me. Jenine helped me with a smile on her face! She helped me with adding extra details to my wedding bouquet, showing me examples from magazines and files. She gave me the quote 10 minutes later and i left with a smile on my face! I look forward to fetching my flowers for my wedding day on 6 April 2013. Thank you again!
