vinimark SA is a stable company ,the LInbro park (Sandton) warehouse employs warehouse pickers and packers that cannot understand English very well and as a result work performance is poor . 3rd party transporters deliveries are done in vehicles marked construction , building supplies or logistics services or unmarked closed bakkies . The current JHB warehouse manager is opinionated and converses in Zulu during team meetings irrespective of english speakers in her team. Extremely long hours in the JHB warehouse 6am-5pm Monday to Thursday . Friday 6am -2pm . alternate saturdays and public holidays (6am-5pm ) no renumeration for warehouse manager or assistant manager . No IR / HR departments - Warehouse manager / assistant manager has 3 roles - management of warehouse / HR and maintenance related on warehouse facility . PIckers has 2 roles - responsible for clean toilets /canteen / warehouse floors and picking of orders . not something expected from a multi million rand organisation . meal breaks ( lunch breaks ) are questioned , by warehouse manager , even though its required by the labour relations act . Salaries are kept to a minimum ,warehouse staff too few and also spread over too many functions . not focused .
