I’ve been looking forward to writing this review for Vineyard Car Hire since I first began the reservation process. We could not have had a better experience! They were completely helpful and accommodating with each change we made, which were several. The whole process was seamless, and each person we interacted with couldn’t have been friendlier. They were also great about giving us clear directions, both verbally and written on the return process. If I had to pick the best company I’ve EVER worked with, it would be Vineyard Car Hire. They truly are a model on how to run a company and do customer service!
