The security guard monitoring system consists of a two way radio, as normally used by security companies, combined with a GPS device to monitor and track the movements of the security guard. This is use full when there are reports of the security guard sleeping on the job, or in the event of a security breach, to monitor the movements of the guards during the incident. Our product may be placed in a vehicle or given to a security guard to follow the vehicle's movements. Our vehicle and security guard tracking system or GPS combined with a two way radio combines the installation of an electronic GPS device in a vehicle, or security guard, with purpose-designed computer software, installed in at least one operational base to enable the owner or a third party to track the vehicle's location, collecting data. Major constituents of our GPS combined with two way radio based security tracking are the GPS tracking device, two way radio functionality, and a user interface that tracks the vehicle or security guard. This device fits into the vehicle or is carried by the security guard and captures the GPS location information at regular intervals to a central server. The other vehicle or security guard information can include battery status, number of GPS satellites in view, emergency button status and speed. Capability of these devices actually decides the final capability of the whole tracking system which we offer our clients. The major benefit of our system is the GPS tracking server: The tracking server has three responsibilities: receiving data from the GPS tracking unit, securely storing it, and serving this information on demand to the user. It also has a graphical user interface that determines how one will be able to access information, view vehicle or security guard data, and elicit important details from it. The data historian can be consulted to “rewind” in time to investigate an incident.
