Vertec Scientific SA, Randburg

Founded in the UK in 1978, with a South African office established in September 2006, the company was privately owned until its purchase in December 1998 and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Acal Plc. Vertec Scientific has an unsurpassed reputation for quality of products and after sales service, of which has been built up over many years.
Vertec Scientific has built up an enviable reputation for delivering and supporting quality products over a wide range of modalities, including dosimetry, radiotherapy, treatment positioning, high quality aprons, bone densitometry scanning, and digital radiography. Vertec's way of working is to build and nurture long term relationships with our customers. In this way, we bring the best products we can to their work and go on to support these products over many years - our support of many of our older systems – over 15 years old in some cases - are good examples of this-philosophy.
