The worst experience ever, I applied for Accommodation and was taken for viewing. I was happy with the flat and asked their agent Jaaco Strydom to send me the Lease, I got lease and paid the R800 for the vetting of credit check. I phone Jaaco several times and he never once called back and most of the times dropped my calls. I was supposed to move in to the Apartment on the 1st of January but by the 30th of December nothing had been done and that when he started telling me about an Amendment for 2018 that was not signed and I would not be able to move in. he drooped me last minute and I was the one to call him , he then promised me another apartment as he knew I was desperate for accommodation and was relocating from another Province. He never came back to me and was eventually helped by another company(Properties 24) who were very helpful and I managed to move on the 31st of December. I have now asked for my reimbursement but they keep giving me a run for my money and won't respond to my emails. WORST EXPERIENCE, POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS,INCOMPLETENT AND SELFISH.

I am a landlord and used Varsity Rentals to do the rental of my apartment. The payments are always late I i never get true answers from them. When I do get answers and payment i have the same problem the next month. I would not recommend them at all. You can go and look on HelloPeter about other complaints
