A complete rip off. I sent my chainsaw in for repairs: R43.55 for the part,R70.00 labour, no problem so far and R70.00 for sundries, all ex VAT. When I queried the amount for sundries I was told it was for washing my chainsaw which I did not ask them to do. I told them I did not ask for my saw to be washed and the reply was "we do it anyway" so sorry for you. I had my double cab bakkie washed the day before and that only cost me R 90.00 so how the hell do you get away with charging people for things they did not ask for. All Unique customers please check your slips and stop Unique Forrest and Garden Humansdorp from ripping off hard working individuals. Shame on you.
