I can't begin to discribe the poor service there, its so sad how the owners of that business have no experience whatsoever when it comes to customer service. Kali( the supposed to be heart of the business) is actually the breaker of the business. He was very rude from the word go. Why carry your bad attitude from home to work, its so unprofessional. I'm disappointed, if this is the way south African business owner choose to manage their businesses, then we are in big trouble.
