Providing support and advice for small and medium-sized business in setting up and running their company; Assisting listed and private companies with shareholding documentation, including update of company share registers; Registration and administration of companies under the New Companies Act; Tax clearance certificates with SARS, filing of annual returns, liquidations, special resolutions with CIPC, name change of companies, registration of external companies for offshore clients who wish to open a branch in South Africa etc

Our values embrace respect, sharing and integrity for the benefit of our clients and for the good of the greater community. We also act as registered office until such time you have opened offices in your province in the Republic, appoint ourselves as public officer of your company (offshore clients who do not have employees or directors based in the Republic of South Africa). Public officer = representative of company, open bank accounts on behalf of clients, assist with SARS and CIPC applications on daily basis. We also provide training internally to assist in the performance and understanding of a company's needs, filing of company's annual returns, keeping records in safe custody.
