Cathy Fry has facilitated numerous introductory workshops and Training Courses with our staff. Our teachers have returned to their classrooms with some practical insights - paying attention to their questioning, building on others' ideas, reflecting on the process and reviewing the outcomes. They also learnt how to build a community of enquiry encouraging students to take risks in their thinking in a safe and respectful learning space. These skills clearly prepare our 21 st Century pupils to confidently take their places in an evolving and dynamic global community.
