Tuff Toys is the leading supplier of educational equipment, classroom furniture and educational toys to Primary Schools, Pre-Schools, Creches and Daycare centres throughout the Western Cape with regular customers even as far afield as Namibia and the Eastern Cape.

We have been supplying educational equipment and furniture to individuals and schools for over 25 years and have built up a faithful client base over this period, clients that keep coming back for quality equipment that is perfect for their needs in both the classroom and playground as their facilities expand and grow. Our range extends from fantasy play furniture to wheeled toys for the playground, co-ordination equipment, creative play equipment, art equipment, classroom storage & organisation and children's lockers.

All educational equipment is manufactured at our own factory in Philippi using Solid Pine, Pine Ply, MDF and steel as appropriate for each individual product. Most items have been designed in conjunction with the Department of Education to satisfy their requirements for robust, reliable educational equipment that is durable and well suited to the demanding classroom environment.

For educational equipment to be of utmost value to the development of the child it must encourage play, be interesting, engage the imagination and invite interaction. To satisfy these requirements we don't paint the items in their real world colours instead choosing to finish all wooden items with two coats of clear lacquer to maintain the natural look and encourage the child to use their imagination when playing with them. All steel items are epoxy coated to ensure long life and a neat appearance.
Every item is custom made for your order so may take a little longer to arrive but it will be worth the wait.
