Triangle Pools, Meyerton

We been strugling to get a qoute from Trinangle pools for the last three weeks, every time there is an excuse that we were not home or could not get hold of us. The last promise was that they would defnitely come out on 08/10/2013 to give a qoute to fix our swimming pool. Before we had the same issues with this company they just are not interested to come and give qoutes to fix a swimming pool. Wat must one do to get some service from these people?? Maybe they do not want the work for income any more, I do not know. But why must one beg these days to get something done, while people complain business is down and so forth, is this really the issue??
