As a retired engineer I would like to thank the personnel in Towrite for their professional handling of my request to purchase a tow bar & cycle rack for my 2012 VW Tiguan. In particular the courteous manner that my request was handled by Anesh Gopichund, he not only explained the method of using the equipment he insisted that I reverse my car without the Cycle rack so that I was satisfied that the tow bar didn't interfere with the reversing sensors. I want to state that I have had no previous dealing with or have any connection with the company. The whole of South Africa could learn from the excellent service provided by this company Towrite cc.
