Paid the full amount in advance,document states,deposit will not be refunded if you cancel. One month before the time we cancel because my husband was diagnosed with cancer,had surgery,half his colin was removed and his spleen.He starts with chemo 3 days after we were suppose to arrive at the cabanas.They refuse to refund the balance after deposit is deducted.They want us to move the dates on.At this time my husband dnt even know if he will be alive in 6 months.These people are dispicable and a bloost disgrace.Mrs Oosthuizen.
