very bad service in that when we called to make an appointment the person that answered was very rude. so i am not too happy to even go i will cancel my Groupon Voucher and take it somewhere else.

is the person who was rude to you on the phone going to be the person who will give you your salon services? we all have a bad day. if she is giving you the service then can you not just forget about her rudeness and move beyond that, we all have bad days don't we? Look into the problems a bit deeper before you make a decision.
