Topeka Spur Steak Ranch, Cape Town

i visited spur at Kenilworth Centre on the 26/06/2010 with my family just after 1300hours. order was taken at about 1315.At about 1425 hours still no meal. We called the waiter and requested the bill to pay for the coffees and leave. The manager arrived and informed us that we placed the order at 1415 hours which was not true. Perhaps the waiter had only placed the order then. Within 5-7 min the food arrived ,cold shrivelled chips?old and old onion rings and a dry tasteless burger. We did not want to make a scene, ate what we could ,paid and left. We decided never to eat here again. Service was absolutely disappointing. Perhaps staff should visit M P to see what service is all about
