Unethical company with zero after sales service. They do not honor the warranty policy on their Nespresso machines. Avoid these guys at all costs.

I tried to phone the company to request a service to be conducted on our water cooler. All I got was an irrelevant voice message on the water cooler side. Trying the N. route as an alternative left me holding on for ages without any response. The standard voice recording promise of "Your call is important and will be attended to shortly" never materialised. Seriously weak and archaic.
