The two challenges which I experienced with my stay there were their client service and how they resolve concerns of customers. The geysers to our room were not working and despite us having reported this problem, it was not resolved. To make things worse, we took a very cold shower and no one bothered to opologize for what happened. I would not recommend the place if one was to ask me about the place.
