Description
Thetha Connect provides a personalised call answering service, by trained agents, in the name of your business. In order to do this, we issue you a number that you can list as your primary contact number or you can divert any number of phones (mobile or fixed line) to a number.
When this number rings at Thetha Connect, our agents, will therefore, answer in the name of "Your Business" (as an example). Upon answering the call on your behalf, our agent asks the caller a few questions pertaining to your business. The answers to these questions are sent immediately after the call by Email, SMS or WhatsApp. We also transfer calls.
• Customised and personalised call answering by a trained agent, in the name of your business.
• Immediate emailing of caller’s requests; ensuring you do not miss out on future work.
• Emailing of brochures and/or standard information to business leads.
• Appointment bookings for Allied Healthcare Professionals.
