Theo Heffer Industrial Relations Consultancy provides a comprehensive consultancy service on a national basis in the entire industrial relations and employment field. Clients include large multinationals through to small family concerns, in every industry.
Theo also acts as Secretary and negotiator for the Association of SA Manufacturers of Luggage, Handbags & General Goods in the leather industry and represents the Association in all negotiations on the National Bargaining Council of the Leather Industry of SA.
Theo is an Alliance Partner offering industrial relations specialist services for SEIFSA members in the metal and engineering industry.
He is a panellist for Tokiso Dispute Resolution as a mediator, arbitrator, trainer and disciplinary hearing chairperson, and can assist and represent members at the CCMA.
