Cheques deposited into our bank account will only be accepted after they have cleared (up to 10 working days).
All payments are non-refundable.

If you are not sure you are welcome to pay on arrival on a first come first served basis, subject to availability.
Breakage deposits will be refunded by EFT only.
Right of admission is reserved.
We are not responsible for any loss or subsequent loss as a result of cancelled bookings.
If The Victoria Lodge has to cancel your bookings for whatever reason a full refund will be given but we will not be responsible for subsequent or consequent losses.
