This man takes your deposit and never delivers the goods. He is a fraudster! Please beware. We have found other posts on gumtree where he used to adverstise of other people he has done this to.

All timber workshops and sheds are manufactured and supplied using the highest quality softwood timber selected from sustainable sources.
All pressure treated (Tanalised) workshops and sheds are manufactured and supplied using the highest quality softwood timber selected from sustainable sources wherever possible.
- Side walls constructed using 12mm x 120mm T&G Shiplap cladding throughout.
- Floors and roof constructed using 12mm x 120mm T&G boarding
- All side and roof framework constructed using 50mm x 50mm smooth planed timber with rounded edges.
- All buildings supplied with a floor.
- Floor joists spaced at no more than 400mm centres forming sturdy and strong base.
- All workshop doors fitted with three hinges per door and supplied with a padbolt and fittings.
- Joinery opening windows fitted as standard.
- Glazing supplied with horticultural glass to all windows and retained with glazing beads.
