Description
The River Club Golf and Conference center combines leisure and business in many ways. Situated just 10 minutes drive from the Cape Town International Airport and the CBD, it is easy to access from all the major highways. A 5 star experience at a 3 star price! At the River Club we know what it takes to have a great conference. Besides state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and great rooms, we offer an ambience that is unrivalled in central Cape Town. The rolling lawns bordered by the Liesbeek River creates a country feeling that immediately lowers the stress levels of delegates. Not only will their low stress levels help them focus on the content of the conference, we will tantalize their taste buds with delicious meals prepared by our in-house chefs, giving them the energy to complete the day.
Our Conference Centre has eight rooms of various sizes, ideal for any event from corporate conferences to exhibitions and birthday parties or year-end functions.

What is there not to love about golf? A man with a golf club can bring a hushed silence over a crowd and has the ability to make a little white ball fly 300 meters through the air.
The River Club offers both seasoned golfers and the “not so professional” golfers the chance to perfect their swing on the driving range. They can also go out onto the 9 hole par 27 Mashie course to practice their short game.
The combination of a driving range and a short course makes it the ideal learning and practice facility where golfers at any level of the game can improve all aspects of their game.
There is an on-site Golf Teaching academy with professional coaches that can advise golfers from beginners right through to better players.
The restaurant and bar offers a variety of meals and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere – the ideal place to brag about that putt which went in from 18 feet, or the “almost” hole in one you shot on the 9th!
