Hi there, i am a Property Consultant, currently working on a project for the Development of Mixed Housing. I want to bring a change in Housing and Real Estates Sector, Bringing New Ideas that will Benefit both the Government and the Citizens as well.
I am not a Property Developer, my Duties or Focus is to Secure Land, Investors, Sponsors ( Finance ) and Developers for the Whole project.These is a private project whereby people MUST register with us to AVOID Corruption in terms of allocating such Houses on completion of the project . Before the House is Build the Applicant must fill in the Loan ( Sponsored or Investment form ) agreement, the same way as buying the House Off Plan. The House is Built in the Applicant's name and Allocated to the same Applicant.
By doing that we promote a Viable Housing Delivery, Indeed we Are.
By Mixed Development we refer to the Development of Rental / Installment Sale Houses or Units, Clinics, Shops, Schools, Libraries and Sports Facilities, etc, All in ONE Area.
That will result in the Fight against Unemployment, Informal Settlements or Squatter camps which currently is a very serious Challenge for the Government to deal with.
