The Mediation Room, Somerset West

The Mediation Room is a family mediation practice based in Somerset West, serving couples, co-parents and families across the Western Cape and online across South Africa.

Founded by Toni-Lee, a trained family mediator and associate member of the Mediation Society of South Africa (MSSA), The Mediation Room offers a structured, confidential and impartial alternative to costly and adversarial court proceedings.

Our services include divorce and separation mediation, parenting plans, co-parenting dispute resolution and family conflict mediation. We work with both parties to reach workable agreements that protect everyone involved, especially the children.

Toni-Lee brings both professional training and lived experience to every mediation. As a happily divorced mother of two, she navigated her own dignified divorce and understands firsthand what families need from this process - clarity, respect and a way forward.

Sessions are available in person at our Somerset West or online via video call, making mediation accessible to families across South Africa.
