A boutique hotel is by definition: owner managed, has less than 50 rooms and combines the amenities of a full service hotel with the intimacy of a guest house.
Staff are all hired on the basis that they have an inherent desire to please and will go out of their way to make guests feel at home.
The Majestic Boutique Hotel overlooks the East London harbour, the only South African harbour situated on a river mouth.
Positioned on the beachfront, it has the most desirable hotel position in East London, and is within walking distance of the beach, shopping centres and entertainment facilities.
