The 3 self contained units are all elegantly furnished, luxuriously appointed and boast magnificent views. The units are fully equipped with most modern conveniences and the well fitted kitchenettes are a real treat. Each unit has a sofa bed and additional person(s) or children can be accommodated by arrangement. Unit 1: Studio unit. King-size or twin (2 single) beds, en-suite shower, views of river and marina. Bed / living / dining areas all open plan. Well fitted kitchenette. Unit 2: One bedroom unit. Twin beds, private bathroom (bath and shower). Very comfortable living and dining area. Well fitted kitchenette. Sea, river and marina views. Unit 3: One bedroom unit. Large en-suite shower. King-size or twin (2 single) beds. Living / dining area leading on to private patio. Well fitted kitchenette. Beautiful sea and river views. Secure off street parking is available and barbecue/braai facilities and wood are provided. The deck and splash pool is the ideal place for sun lovers to relax or to enjoy a refreshing drink after a long day. Port Alfred is rapidly becoming one of South Africa¿s premier holiday destinations and is at the ¿heart¿ of the Sunshine Coast, midway between Port Elizabeth and East London on the R72. The pristine sandy white beaches stretch for miles on either side of the Kowie River and offer safe swimming, lovely long walks, great surfing or laid back sun-bathing. The river, which is tidal and is navigable for 29 kms, is a paradise for boating, bird watching, water-skiing and fishing. Deep sea anglers and scuba divers can charter trips at the harbour. The Royal Port Alfred Golf Club is close by whilst the challenging Fish River Country Club Golf Estate is a 15 minute drive away. The Eastern Cape is malaria free and there are a number of wonderful game parks in the vicinity, some home to the Big 5. Hikers and horse riders are also well catered for.
