The Creativity Group is the initiative of Mari-Louise Kaplan and Estelle Mollett, senior professionals in the fields of Marketing, Communications and Human Resources with more than 35 years' experience at a variety of blue chip companies, NGOs and parastatals, including the South African Reserve Bank, Nedbank, Vodacom, Discovery Health, Gauteng Economic Development Agency (GEDA), the SA Army Foundation, the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) and Melrose Arch lifestyle emporium in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Together they hold law and human resource degrees, as well as a variety of post-graduate training in business management, marketing, public relations, events management and business leadership.
