ThabaNkwe Lodge is only 5 kms from Thabazimbi and offers a wonderful getaway for business and leisure guests alike. Walk or mountain bike in 300 hectares of wild bush with extreme or family trails. The Pub and Grill, with a leopard and wild life theme, is renowned for its steaks and unique "Fillet a la Ellie". The Head Chef, Ellie, has been with the Thaba Nkwe team for many years and is recognized as being one of the best grill chefs in the area. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner but is closed on Sundays. The Thatch roof bar, which is located in the restaurant, is often festive and is fully licensed with wine, malt and spirits. Big screen TV is available for special gaming events or guests may choose to relax peacefully on the raised wooden deck overlooking the gardens and swimming pool. The wooden cabins which sleep 2 persons in twin beds. They offer a fridge, coffee, full linen (please to bring towels though) and a private braai area.
